i tried to keep talking to her but there are very little options for me to choose from so she soon started to get boring and our relationship keeps getting lower.

You need to just keep at it, joking with her if you can. Whenever she comes into your house, quickly enter house editor mode and build walls all around her so that she is trapped. Eventually she will mess herself, and at some point, starve to death.

The truth is, there is very little reason to have ';enemies'; in the Sims. :) Exes can be especially tricky. Have you tried Special options? Well, if Special, Funny, and Friendly aren't working well, there is a cheat.

Now, go into your Sim's relationships tab and click-and-drag the ex-girlfriend's bar out of the red. Just a little ought to do it to give you more interaction options, or if you want to go for the whole shebang, you can just drag her all the way into max green.
