Not that i'm still attached to my ex or anything, I just get this ';ugh'; feeling every time I find out they had sex (I am still good friends with her boyfriend, so he sometimes brings it up. My ex and I kept him out of the loop we dated before so we can continue our friendship sorta easily).
Doesn't help that sex with her was simply the best. =\How to deal with your ex having sex with your friend?
You can either tell your friend how you feel about having to hear about it. Simply tell him that she's your ex and he needs to respect that even tho he's her current bf he should keep those things to himself. Also, You have to accept that she is your ex for a reason.
